ABOUTME
TLDR;

Where it all started
Where It All Started
I'm an Ohio kid. Born in Akron, raised in a family of seven, which is basically a lifelong bootcamp in empathy, chaos management, and learning how to solve problems while someone is yelling about a missing Pop-Tart.
Those early years taught me how to read people fast, stay calm when things are loud, and understand personalities that couldn't be more different. That foundation shaped everything about how I lead, how I communicate, and how I work with teams.
Now I'm married, dad to a boy and a girl, and we have a goldendoodle who thinks he's one of the kids. Family is the anchor behind all of this.
The Big Leap West

Where systems thinking began

Learning at scale

Building a life
California was the moment everything expanded.
We moved across the country for a job at Facebook, and the same day I accepted the offer we found out we were having our daughter. Perfect timing. Zero regrets.
I joined the analytics team in Facebook's Ads and Business org. Huge systems. Huge learning curve. It was my introduction to building and scaling products with real impact.
California was where I grew into product marketing, found my lane, met incredible people, and started thinking about technology in a much bigger way.
Defying Distance While Stuck at Home
This chapter changed everything for me.

OC6
Launching the Metaverse
The years of too much VR

I joined the AR and VR org at Meta and helped build Horizon Worlds during the pandemic. We were trying to bring people together when the world was shut down. It was surreal and meaningful and creatively insane in the best way.
I helped launch Horizon Worlds from closed beta to GA, led GTM for the creator ecosystem, drove segmentation research that shaped roadmap decisions, and wrote scripts for OC6 demos.
And yes, I battled Zuck in Robo Rumble. Peak simulation moment.
Those years taught me how to think in 3D spaces, how to build community, and how to tell stories that connect at scale.
B2B AI SaaS Startups:
The Real Silicon Valley Experience
After Meta, I wanted to build closer to the ground again.
I teamed up with Seth Marlatt who co-founded Altir, an AI studio that builds high-impact products in a fraction of the usual time. I played a key role in several product launches, including supporting the GTM for Soundful, an AI music platform. Then I worked at Side on next-gen gaming and services, stepping into big product strategy and PMM leadership responsibilities.
I also partnered up with Soundful's Co-founder, Gio, in Las Vegas to support a portfolio that included AI music, a marketing agency, and an exotic car club. Supporting these different lines of business honed my ability to tell clear stories and execute quickly, no matter the industry.
Every startup chapter sharpened my instincts for product clarity, founder psychology, storytelling, and execution under pressure.
The Reset I Didn't Know I Needed
Then came the farm in Kentucky.

Cows, Starlink, and building with AI
Cows, Starlink, and building with AI.
After nearly a decade on the west coast, my fam and I decided to pack up and spend some time with our recently retired parentsβwhat we're calling the "Reilly Family Tour." I'm taking this time to reset, learn and build with AI, and network with awesome people... while also helping at the farm. The 16 cows are all having calves in February!
I'm grateful that I could make up for some lost time with family and give my kids time with their cousins across the midwest. From Ohio β Bay Area β Vegas β Kentucky... It hasn't been easy, but we're certainly filling our lives with unique experiences.
Where I'm Heading
I want to build meaningful products in innovative tech, especially AI. My brain sits in this strange overlap of creative & analytical, and AI hits every corner of it.
I'm at my best when I'm helping teams unlock clarity, shape products, and turn big ideas into something real.
Where I go next, I'll bring all of that with me.
And if we work together, I'm all in.
